Veterinary Emergency Clinician
Veterinary Emergency Clinician needed for the only 24 hour emergency and specialty practice in the greater Rochester area. Successful candidate needs to be a team player, dedicated to continuing education and serve in a leadership capacity demonstrating exceptional work ethic and professionalism. Individual will work with a team of seven clinicians and provide supervision to interns. The emergency service works closely with the specialty practice consisting of surgery, medicine, rehabilitation, cardiology and ophthalmology. Onsite ultrasound, endoscopy and MRI capability. Rotating 7 day schedule includes days, evenings and overnights. Internship or 3 years in an emergency clinic is required. Benefits include generous CE, health insurance and 401k. Rochester is the 4th largest city in NY and is located on Lake Ontario in the northwest part of NY State. Approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto and 6 hours from NYC. (1) FT, for Surgery Department. Will help with all aspects of surgery from patient
restraint, OR cleaning, maintaining inventory, pack prep and turnaround.
Monday-Thursday 10am - 8pm
HS Diploma or equivalency required. Animal handling experience preferred.
