Animal Care Assistant
Position provides quality, compassionate care to all patients.
(2) FT, for Surgery Dept; Day schedule and will include Sat or Sun; 2 holidays.
HS diploma or equivalent required; animal handling experience preferred.

Client Service Representative
Position provides quality, professional customer service to all clients.
(1) FT; Schedule will be Mon and Wed, 9a-6p; Tues, 12p-9p;
Thurs, 10a-6p; Sun, 10a-7p; 2 holidays.
High School diploma or equivalent and customer service experience required.

Client Service Manager
FT; Schedule will be mainly days but requires flexibility.
Responsible for the reception staff that provides service to our clients and support for every department in the hospital. The Client Service Manager drives the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizes the productivity of the veterinary medical team and ensures good communication with team members and clients.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Hiring, training, mentoring and disciplining receptionist staff.
• Ensuring client service is provided at a high-level of satisfaction both over the phone and in person.
• Documenting and monitoring client service complaints and resolutions.
• Maintaining a high level of support for all departments in hospital.

• Must have Client Service Management Experience with a staff of at least 15 people.
• Must be willing to have flexible schedule to include possible weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Experience with Intravet software preferred, but not required.
• Five years of experience in a veterinary practice with increasing responsibilities is preferred, but not required.
• Four year college degree preferred.

Licensed Veterinary Technician
(2) FT, for Surgery Dept.; Schedule to be determined - will include
weekend shift, on-call duties; 2 holidays. NYS license required; experience preferred.
